The unit has a motion transmission elements (2) with a drive shaft (3) attached to a door casement (1). A motor drive (8) for the drive shaft is additionally provided to slip clutches. A free wheel unit (9) is assigned to the drive and activatable by the motor drive. The motor drive is reversed at short period of time. The free wheel unit is inserted between the motor drive and the drive shaft. The free wheel unit is adapted for performing overhauling operation. The slip clutch is equipped with a control spring (5) and a switching spring (6).
