The commercial vehicle has a post (13a), which is connected with a side tarpaulin (11) along a respective side of a hold portion. A stop element (25) is coupled with a stop position of the vehicle. The stop element is coupled with the post of the side tarpaulin. The stop element is provided for spacing of an abutment surface (31). The stop element has a pivotal arm (26), which is more pivotable around a pivotal axis (29) intended at the post. The stop element is more lockable in lot position. The post is formed into a one guide (28). The pivotal axis is reached along the pivotal arm.
