<p>A movable terminal portion (6) of an electromagnetic relay (1) includes a leaf spring portion (61) with one fixed end and a movable contact (621). Bending of the leaf spring portion (61) enables the movable contact (621) to be moved between an abutted position abutting on a fixed contact (512) of a fixed terminal portion (51) and a separated position separated from the fixed contact (512) in a predetermined movable direction. Motion of a swing portion (4) swung by turning on/off of an electromagnet (3) is transmitted by a transmission member (7) to the leaf spring portion (61). The leaf spring portion (61) includes a through-hole (611) near the other end. The transmission member (7) includes a protrusion (731) protruding substantially along the movable direction and inserted into the through-hole (611). The protrusion (731) includes a locking portion (732) protruding from the end of the protrusion beyond the through-hole (611) in a direction substantially perpendicular to the movable direction. Thus, even if the leaf spring portion (61) is broken, a free-end side portion of the leaf spring portion (61) can be prevented from falling.</p> |
