The present invention relates to an origin certification system using HS code assignment and management and, more specifically, to an origin certification system using HS code assignment and management in which a series of processes from HS code assignment and management to origin certification are computerized. The origin certification system using HS code assignment and management provided by the present invention comprises: a design server which is connected to a designer terminal, and stores and manages information on an inputted technical drawing of a product and materials used to manufacture a product; an HS code database for storing and managing information on HS codes and materials; an HS code assignment device to search for an HS code matched to the material information by searching the HS code database when the material information is transferred from the design server, wherein an HS code is assigned if there is one HS code matched to the material information, and a selected HS code is assigned after displaying HS codes and requesting to select an HS code if there are more than two HS codes matched to the material information; and a customs broker terminal for displaying the material information to be checked and the HS code which have been extracted by the HS code assignment device on a screen, and receiving an input indicating whether the displayed information is appropriate.
