On a printing sheet to be attached to a product (10), a three-dimensional pattern sheet part (30) is partially formed at one side of a plane pattern sheet part (20), and a UV hardening layer (40) is formed on the surface of the plane pattern sheet part and the three-dimensional pattern sheet part (30). In the plane pattern sheet part and the three-dimensional pattern sheet part, an upper mold (1) and a film layer (31) are formed in order. A lens layer (32) is formed on a part of the bottom of the film layer. A transparent layer (33) is formed separately from the bottom of the lens layer. The transparent layer is formed on a printing pattern layer (34). The printing pattern layer is formed on the top surface of a lower mold (2). Only part of the top surface of the lower mold is occupied by the printing pattern layer and the transparent layer, and a plane pattern layer (36) is formed on the remaining part of the top surface of the lower mold. A resin layer (35) is formed between the plane pattern layer and the film layer and between the lens layer and the transparent layer. |
