PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored resin composition for photoresist including dyestuff having improved heat-resistance and light resistance without a change of a configuration of the dyestuff itself by chemical synthesis, and to provide a color filter having a colored pixel portion formed by the colored resin composition.SOLUTION: A colored resin composition includes: dyestuff having an acidic group; and a resin composition having a substituent group capable of causing an acid base mutual action with the acidic group of the dyestuff. A color filter includes a colored pixel portion formed of the colored resin composition.
