PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component capable of appropriately preventing generation of an extraneous material due to scraping of a press-fit terminal or a plating material on the inner wall of a through hole, when fitting the press-fit terminal in the through hole.SOLUTION: In a component including a press-fit terminal being connected electrically with a conductor hole when it is fitted in the conductor hole, the press-fit terminal is formed by bonding a first member having a first linear coefficient of expansion and a second member having a second linear coefficient of expansion larger than the first linear coefficient of expansion, and then bending so that the second member is located on the inside. The press-fit terminal is crimped to the inner surface of the conductor hole at at least first and second points of the first member so as to stretch against the inner surface of the conductor hole. |
