PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy-saving and low pollution besides keeping the operability.SOLUTION: A hybrid type harbor cargo handling crane device has an engine generator (1) and an energy storage device (28) as a power supply source for a load. In the device, in hoisting, lowering, traveling, and stopping, the following procedure is taken. When load is motor-driven, hybrid control is conducted in consideration of the energy storage amount of the energy storage device (28) so that the operability can be kept even in the engine generator (1) reduced in capacity more than in the past, when load is regenerated, hybrid control is conducted in consideration of the next motor-drive of load, and when load is stopped, hybrid control is conducted in consideration of the next motor-drive of load and maintenance. |
