摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress tilting of a rotary component and to obtain stable frictional force during rotation.SOLUTION: A bat 241 as a rotary component is pivoted on a bat flange as a support part by a pivoting part A101. Support pieces 140A and 140B of the bat flange extend in a two-pronged shape to face each other, and concentric fitting holes 140a are respectively formed therein. A bearing member 130 has a shaft part 131 projected from a collar part 132 to one side, and also has a bearing hole 133 formed penetrating. The shaft part 131 is inserted fron the inside and fitted in each of the fitting holes 140a of the support pieces, the collar part 132 is positioned at mutually opposite inner sides of the support pieces, and a rotary shaft 141 of the bat 241 is inserted into the bearing hole 133. The rotary shaft 141 rotates mainly with respect to the bearing hole 133 and then the bat 241 becomes rotatable with respect to the bat flange. The collar part 132 is interposed between the bat 241 and the support pieces.
