PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that allows formation of a coating film having a high refractive index and excellent hardness and adhesiveness, and to provide a coating film using the composition, having excellent performance as a protective film, a flattening film, an insulating film or an antireflection film.SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises oxide fine particles (A), an alkali-soluble resin (B) having a double bond equivalent of 200 or more and less than 500, a thermosetting compound (C), and a polyfunctional monomer (D) having four or more functional groups. |
