A detergent composition containing: (a) peptidoglycan-digesting enzyme having an amino acid sequence identity of at least 80% to the amino acid SEQ ID NO: 1, 2 or 3; (b) detersive surfactant; and a detergent ingredient selected from the group consisting of: (c) perfume microcapsule; (d) a builder system that is: (i) substantially free of phosphate builder; (ii) substantially free of zeolite builder; and (iii) optionally, substantially free of silicate salt; (e) protease system comprising: (i) protease; and (ii) stabiliser system selected from the group consisting of: borate, polyol, 4-formylphenylboronic acid, encapsulating material, and any mixture thereof; and (f) any mixture thereof. |
