The purpose of the present invention is to improve the reliability of a valve mechanism which has a simple structure, and which is capable of collectively controlling the supply of gas and culture media to a plurality of cultivation containers for simultaneous cultivation. This valve mechanism (100) opens and closes a passage for liquid and gas, and is provided with: clip members (7) which respectively close a plurality of tube passages (9); multiple cam members which open the clip members in sequence by coming into contact with the clip members; and a rotational mechanism (4) which rotates the multiple cam members. The clip members (7) are provided with springs for closing clips thereof, and clip contact members (8) with which cam contact portions (2) of the multiple cam members come into contact.
