Disclosed are a structure of a stored provisioning profile of a subscriber identity module and a method for accessing a mobile communication network by a terminal using the same. The subscriber identity module comprises a storage unit for storing a provisioning profile that includes network access information, wherein the provisioning profile includes international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) file information and authentication credential information. Thus, the subscriber identity module embedded in a terminal can access a network of an unspecified MNO through roaming by using the IMSI information of the provisioning profile.
