The composite steering wheel rear axle has two longitudinal control arms (100A, 100B) for supporting a respective wheel. A transverse strut (200) is provided with two ends which are connected with longitudinal control arms. A spigot (110) of longitudinal control arm is extended in longitudinal direction of transverse strut. An outer surface (113B) of spigot is bonded with outer surface of transverse strut. A radial projection is formed in outer surface of transverse strut and is extended in axial direction of spigot. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing composite steering wheel rear axle.
