The present invention may be manufactured to exchange a seat of a traditional wheelchair, currently used by a handicapped, with a toilet seat plate so enables the handicapped to conveniently use the wheelchair as a toilet only by attaching the toilet seat plate without high-priced equipment. Therefore, the handicapped may use the toilet by themselves without the help of a protector and without having a regard for feelings of other persons so the present invention may provide better life quality to the handicapped. The present invention enables the handicapped, who are unable to move about freely, to use the toilet without the protector when they does activities in a wheelchair within a house or in the outdoors. Traditionally, it has been much inconvenient using the toilet without the protector for the handicapped who are unable to move about freely, and though the protector is one of the family, the handicapped who are adults or adolescents were reluctant to enter a toilet room with the protector. The present invention enables the handicapped to conveniently use the toilet in the wheelchair by themselves in order to solve such inconvenience of the handicapped.
