The present invention includes a step lap stacker receiving a laminated unit steel core and laminating it by a step lap unit; a steel core laminating board supporting and aligning a laminated member formed by laminating the step lap; a robot arm transferring the step lap of the step lap stacker to the steel core laminating board; and an alignment pin unit equipped at the steel core laminating board and ascending in correspondence to a height of a laminated step lap. The present invention prevents the damage of a steel core due to an alignment pin by installing a pair of alignment pins for inserting and fixing a steel core to allow the height of the pair of alignment pins to be adjustable. Additionally, since the present invention transfers a steel core through a robot arm and laminates it, productivities according to a steel core lamination may be improved and man-hours may be reduced.
