The present invention discloses a balance-sensible support block which is able to sense balance of a vessel and a real-time monitoring apparatus for monitoring posture of a vessel to be launched by using a plurality of the balance-sensible support blocks. The balance-sensible support block includes a body which has a height enough to maintain a level of a vessel, a support plate which is provided at the top surface of the body to support a vessel, and a balance sensing means which is joined to the lower portion of the body. Among multiple support blocks installed to support a vessel at a dock floor, at least one at each area, namely starboard, port, stern, and head, needs to be a balance-sensible block. The posture monitoring apparatus for a vessel to be launched includes a control unit which calculates value of inclination angle of the vessel by taking converted value of angular motion of the vessel detected from the balance-sensible blocks and a display unit which shows the value of inclination calculating at the control unit.
