CUTTING TOOL AND METHOD FOR FASTENING AND SHARPENING CUTTING BLADES

The method involves mounting a cutting blade in a groove in the body of a cutting tool at an acute angle to the axis and fastening the blade with a clamp. A cutting blade is secured with the aid of retaining surfaces arranged side by side on the body in the direction of the end that bears the cutting edges, and is additionally fastened by a rear clamp. The cutting blades are provided with blind holes which are formed in the base and which are connected to a hermetically sealed cooling channel which carries a coolant and which is provided with a cooled liner, thermally stable up to 1500 degrees, and which additionally contains upper and lower circulation loops with a pressure of up to 17 atm. The cutting tool is equipped with a radial plate and a means for radial adjustment. Technical result: improved durability and machining accuracy.
