PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust and control power generation amount of a fuel power generation facility using an appropriate base output value according to a weather, a time zone, or the like.SOLUTION: A pattern storage section 21 stores a plurality of types of patterns of GE base output values which are preliminarily determined as appropriate according to the weather, the time zone, or the like. A GE base output pattern selection section 23 selects a pattern among the plurality of types of patterns according to a weather forecast. A GE base output section 24 outputs a GE base output value to an adder 14 of a GE instruction value determination section 10, using the selected pattern. |
