PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-inactive film which is conveniently fabricated within a short period of time irrespective of a shape of a substrate and without requiring any complex operation, and which drastically suppresses nonspecific adsorption of a protein, and cell adhesion, and to provide a coating liquid, and a method for producing the same, as well as a bio-inactivation processed substrate.SOLUTION: A bio-inactive film includes a plurality of polymer chain graft fine particles, in which polymer graft chains are bonded to surfaces of inorganic fine particles with such high density that steric repulsion between the polymer graft chains is generated and the polymer graft chains assume extended structures, and which are crosslinked to each other via a crosslinking agent. |
