A protein assay apparatus includes at least one light-emitting unit for generating a first light, a second light or a third light for BCA protein assay, Bradford protein assay or Lowry protein assay, and at least one light-sensing unit for sensing the absorbed light passed through the test sample to calculate the concentration of protein in the test sample.
