A liquid crystal display device (10) comprises: a liquid crystal panel (11); a source-side flexible substrate (23) which is flexible with one end thereof connected to the liquid crystal panel (11); a printed circuit substrate (25) which is connected to the other end of the source-side flexible substrate (23) and transmits a signal to the source-side flexible substrate (23); a source driver (27) which is mounted on the source-side flexible substrate (23) and drives the liquid crystal panel (11); a bezel (13) which is formed in a frame shape and holds the liquid crystal panel (11) by pressing the edge of the liquid crystal panel (11) on the side of a display surface (11c); and a heat dissipation member (30) which has a higher thermal conductivity than the bezel (13) and is provided so as to be incorporated in a part of the bezel (13), the heat dissipation member (30) having a contact part (31) which projects toward the printed circuit substrate (25) while the tip of the projecting contact part comes into contact with a part of the printed circuit substrate (25) on which the source driver (27) is mounted. |
