The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel substance-measurement sensor with which the quantitative measurement of a substance to be measured can be performed with even greater sensitivity. This substance measurement sensor includes: labelled particles which respond specifically to a substance to be measured; a thermally responsive polymer; a charged substance which indicates the plus or minus zeta potential in a solution; and metal particles. The metal particles are coated with a copolymer of the labelled particles, the charged substance, and the thermally responsive polymer. |
