<p>[Problem] To provide a workpiece affixation device which is provided with a support section capable of deforming following the shape of a workpiece. [Solution] A workpiece (W) is set on a workpiece support section (5) while an on-off valve (61) is opened. Then, the state of FIG. 3 (a) changes to the state of FIG. 3 (b). That is, the workpiece receiving member (53), the piston rod (54), and the piston (57) of each divided support section (51) descend according to the shape and weight of the workpiece (W), and oil in a lower chamber (59b) moves to an upper chamber (59a). The piston (57) moves slowly due to the springing force of a spring (63) and due to the resistance caused by the flow of the oil. When the piston (57) descends to a predetermined position, the weight of the workpiece (W) and the springing force of the spring (63) balance with each other, and the descending movement of the piston (57) stops. Then, the on-off valve (61) is closed. This locks an oil cylinder unit (52), and the shape of the workpiece support section (5) does not change anymore.</p> |
