PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of amyloid using ionic liquid is provided to show that the ionic liquid having the structure of Chemical formula 1 induces and accelerates protein to form amyloid, and to be able to shorten the amyloid manufacture to one week or less. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of amyloid using ionic liquid comprises a step of incubating with treatment of protein with an ionic liquid compound (a compound with 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium as cation, in Chemical formula 1, X represents an anionic compound) represented by Chemical formula 1. The cationic compound is selected from the group consisting of bis (trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide, tetrafluoro borate, hexafluoro phosphate, and methylsulfonate. The incubation is performed for 2-8 days. The protein is any one among hen egg white lysozyme (HEWL), calcium-saturated alpha-lactalbumin, trypsin, and insulin. A composition for biomaterial includes amyloid manufactured by said manufacturing method. |
