摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing fiber coating rubber gloves in large quantities and an electrode mold as an apparatus for manufacturing the same. The method comprises: a first step of molding general rubber gloves using an electrode mold; a second step of immersing the rubber gloves in an adhesive to coat the rubber gloves with the adhesive; a third step of rotating the electrode mold at a high rate to make the coating thickness of the adhesive uniform; a fourth step of spraying ultrafine fibers through an electric field formed by a connection of the electrode mold to a power source, to thereby deposit the superfine fibers on surfaces of the rubber gloves coated with the adhesive, and detecting the depositing thickness of ultrafine fibers using a reflective light of an optical sensor to thereby control the spraying time of the ultrafine fibers; and a fifth step of drying the adhesive remaining on the surfaces of the rubber gloves. The apparatus comprises: a main body having a palm shape; a finger part assembled to the main body by a hinge; a support stand for supporting the main body; a driving part provided in the main body and drives the hinge; and an external molding part. The finger part can be un-spread and spread by a power of the driver part. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing fiber coating rubber gloves, capable of mass-producing rubber gloves that are easily detachable despite the long-term use, have a warming function, are hygienic, and maintain high quality and uniform quality.
