The present invention relates to a ticket booking system which applies the advertisements of companies according to the time and the place when a user books a ticket. The ticket booking system includes: a mobile terminal including a ticket booking request unit which displays the information on one or more shows and generates a ticket booking request signal including a selection identification code of the selected show when one of the shows is selected, and a user communication unit which transmits the ticket booking request signal to the main processing server and receives a ticket booking completion signal; and the main processing server including a database storing the information on the shows and the companies, a code linking unit which stores one or more URL codes and links each URL to the corresponding company<=s information, a ticket booking completion signal generation unit which generates the ticket booking completion signal after comparing the selection identification code in the ticket booking request signal to the information on one or more shows, a main communication unit which transmits the information of the show and the ticket booking completion signal to the user communication unit and receives the ticket booking request message, and a main control unit which compares the information of the show and one or more URL codes to transmit the matching URL code to the user terminal through the main communication unit and transmits the information of the company corresponding to the URL code selected on the user terminal to the user terminal through the main communication unit.
