In the present invention, user equipment-specific offset information for indicating first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources, which can be used for transmitting ACK/NACK related to a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) that is transmitted from a data region of a downlink subframe, is provided to user equipment by a base station. The user equipment, which received the PDCCH from the data region of the downlink subframe, decides a PUCCH resource based on the offset information and the index of a resource included in the PDCCH, and transmits ACK/NACK information corresponding to the PDCCH to the base station using the PUCCH resource.
