PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly allow interference of a helmet holder when an occupant grabs a grab rail and to prevent the influence of the helmet holder on appearance in a saddle riding type vehicle including the grab rails grabbed by the occupant in the occupant seat of vehicle seats and disposed in both left and right sides of the occupant seat and the helmet holder enabling holding and hold-releasing of the chin strap metal fitting of the helmet.SOLUTION: A grab rail 25 includes a recessed part 50 formed in a car body frame F to fit the grab rail 25 to open facing a fitting part 27a. A helmet holder 41 is positioned between the grab rail 25 and the fitting part 27a while at least a part of a cylinder lock 44 is housed in the recessed part 50 and the key hole of the cylinder lock 44 is opened facing the outer surface of the grab rail 25.
