PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device capable of preventing a reflux diode etc. from being damaged.SOLUTION: The inverter device includes: a pair of upper and lower switching elements 1 connected to a DC voltage source 4 to supply the power to an inductive load 5; a reflux diode 2 which is connected to the switching element in inverse-parallel thereto; and a control section 3 that controls the switching element. The control section is configured to input a signal smaller than a control signal to the switching element to activate the inductive load immediately before the control signal which is input to the switching element. With this simple configuration, since short-circuit current can be reduced when the reflux diode is activated at inverse recovery, the efficiency is increased by reducing the power loss, and further the switching element and the diode can be prevented from being damaged. |
