PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus for easily performing positioning.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus according to claim 1 of the invention comprises: X-ray radiation means that radiates X-rays toward a subject; X-ray detection means that detects the X-rays radiated by the X-ray radiation means and transmitted through the subject; and light projection means that radiates visible light from the side part in the radiation axis direction of the X-rays, and projects a marker indicating the radiation axis onto the subject.
