[Problem] To provide a high-accuracy and high-productivity lamination device and a laminate production system. [Solution] A lamination device (10) is characterized by being provided with: a stand part (4) on which a material to be laminated (90) is mounted; a sandwiching member (11) which is vertically movable with respect to the stand part (4), and sandwiches the material to be laminated (90) between itself and the stand part (4); a pressing member (13) which is vertically movable with respect to the sandwiching member (11), and presses the material to be laminated (90); and a guide pin (14) which guides a laminate (91a) punched out from the material to be laminated (90) by being pressed by the pressing member (13).
