The present invention is emergency hammer used commonly in mass transportation vehicles and sometimes in indoor areas, and it is especially related to its functioning automatically without requiring extra effort by means of being fixed on the glass and pulling the pin (4) or the front tap thereof. It is connected onto a main body (1) fixed in the present position, in a fixed manner and is attached to a pin (4) or tap in order to be activated. Upon pulling the pin (4) or opening the tap, the hammer/hammers (2,5,7) is/are activated automatically by utilizing the attraction force of the spring (3) holding thereof, and break the window by hitting.
