The present invention relates to a portable device for diagnosing a live-wire polymer insulator capable of measuring leakage current and electric field and taking the actual picture of a polymer insulator in a live-wire state without blocking current in a high-voltage power transmission line. To that end, the portable device for diagnosing a live-wire polymer insulator includes: a body unit which has a hollow shape with a certain length, includes a terminal for a current sensor electrically connected to a current sensor, a terminal for a cam camera electrically connected to a cam camera, and a terminal for an electric field sensor electrically connected to an electric field sensor at one end, and includes a handle at the other end; a converter which is installed inside the body unit, receives signals measured by the current sensor and the electric field sensor, and converts the signals into digital signals; a control unit which is installed inside the body unit, receives the digital signals from the converter, analyzes the digital signals, and outputs a certain signal; and a communication unit which is installed inside the body unit, receives data processed by the control unit and data taken by the cam camera, and transmits the data to a mobile terminal outside. |
