PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition, a vehicle tire or the like for example, made by molding the modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition exhibiting a small rolling-resistance, an excellent wear resistance and a good break strength.SOLUTION: A modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition according to the present invention comprises: 100 pts.mass of a modified conjugated diene-based polymer (A) which is obtained by reacting a conjugated diene-based polymer having a polymerization-active terminal, the conjugated diene-based polymer being obtained by polymerizing a conjugated diene compound or co-polymerizing a conjugated diene compound and an aromatic vinyl compound using a polyfunctional anionic initiator, with a modifier having a functional group reactive with the polymerization-active terminal of the conjugated diene-based polymer; and 1 to 40 mass% of carbon nanofibers (B) having an average diameter of 0.5 to 500 nm.
