PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthesis for facilitating reconstruction of a hollow organ or a part of hollow organ in an organism.SOLUTION: The prosthesis for facilitating reconstruction of a hollow organ or a part of hollow organ in an organism includes at least one kind of polymer material which is biocompatible and biodegradable, being provided with a biodegradable hollow tubular support member having a porous external layer and a substantially nonporous internal layer and a tissue-derived biomaterial arranged on the outer surface of the porous layer of the support member, and/or on the inside of at least a part of the porous layer, and/or on the surface of the substantially nonporous layer opposed to the porous layer. The tissue-derived biomaterial is selected such that the hollow organ or a part of the hollow organ can be reconstructed in an organism. A manufacturing method of the prosthesis and the medical use of the prosthesis, particularly use in reconstructing a hollow tubular organ, at least a part of esophagus, in particular, are also disclosed. |
