PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generation device, and an image generation program capable of generating a moving image in which a viewer can evaluate only a sensitive effect received from the movement of the image.SOLUTION: An image generation device 100 includes: a calculation unit 110 that calculates an optical flow of an output image based on an input image for each unit area predetermined in the output image; and a control unit 140 that arranges geometric figures on the output image as a moving image so that the geometric figures move according to the optical flow. When the number of the geometric figures arranged in the unit area in the output image is equal to or more than a threshold, the control unit 140 may delete at least one geometric figure from the unit area. |
