PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system configured to improve convenience in transmitting e-mail, and to provide a car navigation device, multifunction telephone equipment, and an e-mail transmission method.SOLUTION: A navigation device 110 mounted on a vehicle 100 includes a time calculation part 112 for calculating an estimated arrival time when a moving body arrives at a set destination. The navigation device 110 includes: a recipient selection part 114 for selecting an e-mail recipient according to recipient information associated with a destination and an e-mail recipient and information showing a set destination; and a mail transmission part 113 that transmits e-mail to the selected recipient on condition that a prescribed transmission condition is satisfied.
