摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient charging while suppressing deterioration of a storage battery.SOLUTION: A plurality of storage battery blocks 11[1]-11[n] are connected in parallel with each other through a plurality of power conversion circuits 12[1]-12[n]. A control section 33 controls charging current to each storage battery block by controlling the power conversion circuits 12[1]-12[n]. A reference SOC (State Of Charge) of each storage battery block on the basis of SOC dependency of an internal resistance value is given to the control section 33. The reference SOC is defined as a SOC used when the internal resistance value is a maximum value. The control section 33 distributes current of a charging source 13 on the basis of an output power to the storage battery blocks 11[1]-11[n] so that the charging current to the storage battery block which is matched with the reference SOC or which has the SOC close to the reference SOC can be suppressed rather than other storage battery blocks.
