PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly calculate the optimal shape of a mirror surface.SOLUTION: Shape calculation processing sections 13a to 13d as a core group 2 of a GPU respectively execute the optimization calculation of the shape of a small region allocated to an own section by recognizing that there is no change in the shape of a small region which has not been allocated to the own section by a region division processing section 11. Thus, it is possible to independently perform the optimization calculation of the shape of each small region without synchronizing the optimization calculation of each small region in an intermediate stage of the optimization calculation. |
