PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a summary under the consideration of what type of field has the user frequently asked back about in the past.SOLUTION: By using a word obtained from history storage means on the basis of an input user ID, presentation frequency and correction request frequency and difficulty obtained by difficulty storage means on the basis of the word and an input field name, the level of the knowledge of a user in the field is calculated. The field of an input summary object sentence is determined, and the user ID and the field name are input to field knowledge estimation means to acquire the level of the knowledge in the field. A modification tree in which a modification relation using the clauses of the summary object sentence as nodes and using the sentence end as a root is expressed with an edge is created, and the modification tree is pruned, and an expectation value transfer time is calculated by using all the pruned trees equivalent to a shortened sentence and the level of the knowledge in the field, and a shortened sentence equivalent to the modification tree in which the expectation value transfer time is minimized is output as a summary sentence. |
