PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: the possibility of encountering a traffic accident and an accident of contact with heavy equipment becomes high when a pedestrian passing on the lateral side of a dedicated strip for building work and roadwork passes by the heavy equipment for construction work and a vehicle.SOLUTION: A plurality of concrete slabs for a sidewalk are integrated together by being bound together by a gusset plate and installed so that a step can be provided between a roadway and the sidewalk. A guard pipe is installed to prevent a pedestrian from running out and protect the pedestrian, and pieces of H-shaped steel are erected in an opposed manner so that a soundproof panel can be inserted. Thus, the concrete slabs for the sidewalk protect the pedestrian from a crash into heavy equipment for construction work and a scattering object. |
