An interactive mobile phone comprises a mobile phone main body (100), a projection module (200) which is set on the mobile phone main body (100), a reflector (300) which is actively set on the mobile phone main body (100) through a bracket structure, and the projection module (200) projects image from one side of the mobile phone main body (100), and the reflector (300) changes the direction of the image projected by the projection module (200) and reflects the image to a projection panel; the mobile phone main body (100) is provided with an infrared laser emitting module (600) and a camera module (500) on the side where the projection module (200) is set, moreover, the camera module (500) and the infrared laser emitting module (600) are connected with an arithmetic processing module (700) set in the mobile phone main body (100). It has the greatly increased operable area of the mobile phone touch screen, the greatly reduced physical volume, the greatly reduced cost and volume of the hardware of the touch screen, and it is convenient to carry and easy to use.
