<p>A liquid crystal display panel, comprising a thin-film transistor (TFT) substrate (2) and a CF substrate (4) that is attached on the TFT substrate (2). A plurality of first TFTs and a plurality of second TFTs are formed on the TFT substrate (2). The first TFT is a symmetrical TFT that comprises a first channel. The second TFT is an asymmetrical TFT that comprises a second channel. The first channel is 0.2-0.4 µm longer than the second channel, so that the thickness of a halftone photoresist material used for forming channels during photomask processing is similar, which avoids yield defects of arrays and improves the yield strength of arrays, thus improving the quality of the liquid crystal display panel.</p> |
