<p>A special material co-casting cast mold comprises a convex mold (1) and a lower mold seat (2) arranged below the convex mold. The convex mold and the lower mold seat are integrated into a whole. A special material co-casting cast production process comprises the following steps: A. carrying out mold molding and arranging dross glass (3); B. preparing an iron liquid; C. casting the convex mold and collecting tundish; D. casting the lower mold seat and collecting tundish; E. carrying out cooling molding and eliminating the stress; F. carrying out fine processing on the surface; and G. setting a grade. The special material co-casting cast mold and the special material co-casting cast production process effectively simplify the special material co-casting cast processing process, reduce time and manpower required by processing, improve processing efficiency, and further reduce scrap rate and processing cost.</p> |
