The present invention relates to an automotive pedal pad which can detect when a driver applies a certain level of pressure to the pedal pad which is equipped with a means of detection and determines the pedal operation of the driver in real time by using detected signals to provide information to investigate the cause of sudden unintended acceleration and prevent the risk thereof. The automotive pedal pad comprises: a base unit (110) which is equipped with a built-in switching means for detecting secondary pressure at the mid-level speed or faster; a PCB unit (120) which is formed on an upper part of the base unit (110) and has a switching means for detecting primary pressure at the low-level speed or slower; a steel plate unit (130) which is installed in an upper part of the PCB unit (120) and applies pressure to the switching means; and a cover unit (140) which covers the steel plate unit (130) and is combined with the base unit (110). |
