The present invention relates to a high-efficiency energy-saving insulating sliding window. To do so, the present invention provides a high-efficiency energy-saving insulating sliding window in which a pair of windows combined to a window frame slides in the width direction of the window frame. In the window frame, both ends of a top frame, a bottom frame, a left frame, and a right frame, which are formed by cutting a frame member, are connected. In the frame member, the inside of a rail member is combined to both sides of an inner hollow member, and the outside of the rail member is combined to an outer hollow member. As a result, the present invention is able to prevent heat generated due to the temperature difference between the inside and the outside from conducting through the window frame, thereby preventing dew condensation. |
