The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a positive electrode of a lithium primary battery, and a positive electrode manufactured using the method, wherein the lithium primary battery is provided in a rolled sheet form in which a positive electrode sheet, a collector, and a positive electrode sheet are sequentially stacked without using an adhesive between the collector and the positive electrode sheets. According to the present invention, a method of manufacturing a positive electrode of a lithium primary battery, and a positive electrode manufactured using the method may be provided, wherein the method includes: a wet mixing step in which a positive electrode active material, a dispersion solvent, and a binder are provided, and the positive electrode active material is uniformly dispersed; a step in which a composite for an electrode, formed through the wet mixing step, is rolled to shape at least one of a first positive electrode sheet and a second positive electrode sheet in a sheet form having a predetermined thickness; a pressing step in which the first positive electrode sheet is pressed against an upper surface of a collector having a net structure; a step in which the first positive electrode sheet pushed out through the pressing step is rolled to complete the second positive electrode sheet; and a step of drying a staked body in which the first positive electrode sheet, the collector, and the second positive electrode sheet are sequentially stacked.
