PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food processing device which has excellent heating efficiency without increase in size of he device; which enables quantity cooking and continuous cooking without impairing workability; which can apply heat to both sides of food simultaneously while preventing uneven heating, ingredient breakage and scorching; and which has high safety and is easy for equipment maintenance.SOLUTION: An induction heating type food processing device comprises: a first container element 2 composed of a nonmagnetic substance and a second container element 3 composed of a magnetic substance, which form a food housing space S for housing food to be heated; and an induction coil 4 arranged on an opposite side to the second container element 3 with respect to the first container element 2. Both of the first container element 2 and the second container element 3 are heated by a magnetic flux which is generated by the induction coil 4 and pierces a bottom wall 22 of the first container element 2 to reach the second container element 3 and passes within the second container element 3.
