PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer having a structure which is small and is easy to install a recording paper.SOLUTION: A printer includes a printer main body part 10 and a cover part 20. The cover part includes a cover main body part 21 and a block part 30. A thermal head 31 is mounted on either one of the printer main body part or the block part, and a platen roller 11 is mounted on the other. The block part and the cover main body part are connected at a first rotating shaft part. In the first rotating shaft part, the block part rotates around a first rotating shaft. The printer main body part and the cover part are connected at a second rotating shaft part in a connection part. In the second rotating shaft part, the cover part rotates around a second rotating shaft. The first rotating shaft is parallel to a longitudinal direction of the thermal head, and the second rotating shaft is orthogonal to the first rotating shaft. |
